delicious food in the restaurant, marvellous and sensational breakfast with toast and local honey, as for instance. stunning and super position sure to contact management ahead of time to determine dining options available. and next to a lovely restaurant in town, the inaugural ironman 70.3 edinburgh, and the center of edinburgh.

The breakfast here was great, with a good selection of pastries, jams, and local honey. the restaurant's menu was fantastic! the location is amazing, being close to both the town center and a beautiful back garden and pasture 🌳.

A fantastic place to stay, Set back from the main road, you drive down the long drive and the beauty of the property hits you straight away. Greeted with a warm welcome and showed to my room with no hassle, very pleasant. The room was gorgeous, spacious, luxurious and clean. The bed was sooooooooo comfortable. The best nights sleep in a long time. Looking out my window I saw the glorious gardens, a beautiful place to sit out and relax. Overall cannot fault this place, wish I could have stayed longer.... Maybe next time

The location of Letham House is stunning and incredible, offering a relaxing stay close to Edinburgh. the room was extremely spacious and tastefully decorated, with a great view. - There are dining options available, including a lovely restaurant in town that was amazing. - Guests can enjoy early evening drinks at the property.

Excellent, peaceful and quiet location in the middle of a small forest, surrounded by acress of lawn. The owners are extrmely friendly and professional and the rooms spotless and very comfortable. Dificult to imagine a better place to stay. Absolutely recommended!!.

we stayed at Letham House Bed & Breakfast for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. Barbara, our hostess, made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. the elegant and charming Scottish country house provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. the rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable, with luxurious en-suite facilities. the location, close to Edinburgh, North Berwick, and Kelso, allowed us to easily explore the surrounding areas and enjoy a variety of activities. the breakfasts served around the large dining room table created a sociable atmosphere, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests. We are definitely planning on staying here again. Cons: hard to think of anything 🤔.

Warm friendly welcome from owner. Beautiful house which makes you feel at home. Lovely bedroom. The ambience of the lounge and dining room was most relaxing and we particularly enjoyed the evening meal and breakfast with the company of other guests. Overall, a most pleasant experience.

Letham House is definitely the best place I stayed while in Scotland. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and has modern luxurious bathrooms (best shower in Scotland!!). Breakfast was really good too. But the accommodation is only surpassed by the owner and her staff. They were wonderful - kind, helpful, friendly but not at all intrusive. There is assistance when needed but privacy as well. After a long couple of days travel and finding no cars available at the airport, they made a call and I was able to hire a car locally within a matter of minutes. Then the owner called a taxi to take me to get the car. I enjoyed it so much I actually returned to Letham House unexpectedly on the last night of my trip and was so pleased they had a room available for me. It was just as wonderful the second time. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Edinburgh area.

This place is ideally situated near various golf courses, North Berwick, and the town center.

We were attending a family wedding in Dunbar so the House was ideally situated. We loved the huge bathroom and bedroom with garden views. Our hosts were delightful and attended to every need. We had breakfast outdoors in the beautiful gardens. We will return to the area again to explore and stay again.

Pretty Perfect

I have had the pleasure at staying at Letham House previously (with work) and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. This last visit was with my husband and will not be a one-off occurance. Planning to return in February.

The location of Letham House is stunning and amazing, with a lovely restaurant in town closeby. It is conveniently located near R, perfect for a relaxing getaway after a tough couple of weeks. - There are great restaurants and plenty of activities to enjoy nearby.
